It's also good to note that not all of his peripherals and components come at a premium price as his PC does.
Let's dive in!
This list was updated 04/10/2021.
Dr Disrespect's desk setup is tame compared to many other streamers I've seen.
He doesn't have any 'custom-built' products and prefers to use ROCCAT gear, in which he has actually collaborated with to create peripherals.
Overall you can copy his setup without having to spend a ton of money.
Dr Disrespect's ROCCAT Kain 200 AIMO is an optical gaming mouse that clicks ~16ms faster than your regular gaming mouse.
The Kain 200 AIMO allows you to calibrate your mouse to suit the surface you are using, so depending on if you prefer a soft cloth or hard cloth mousepad, the mouse will work equally well.
It has an ergonomic right-hand design with a grippy, anti-wear coating best suited for palm grip gamers.
If you like low-profile keyboards, then you'll love the ROCCAT Vulcan 122 AIM.
Dr Disrespect rocks the Vulcan 122 AIM as his main keyboard since it has a slim, low profile that allows you to press keys easier and type faster.
It includes a wrist rest for superior comfort, RGB lighting for aesthetics, a convenient volume knob to adjust your volume quickly, and great-looking keycaps.
The Turtle Beach Atlas Aero provides immersive 3D-sounding environments that allow you to pinpoint exactly where your enemies are.
It is one of the more comfortable headsets, including a top metal frame with a flexible headband and memory foam ear cushions which you can wear even when wearing glasses...
This is especially good for Dr Disrespect as his signature look involves rocking sunnies.
The ROCCAT Sense Aimo is a soft cloth gaming mousepad with RGB lighting capabilities.
Dr Disrespect uses the 35cm x 25cm version, which is relatively small compared to other larger mousepads but gives adequate space for mouse movement needed for FPS games.
It also includes RGB lighting, so you can change the colors to suit your gaming setup.
Dr Disrespect uses the BenQ XL2546K; a 240Hz 24.5" gaming monitor made for competitive gaming.
It includes a fast TN panel that boasts ~1ms response time, "Black eQualizer" technology designed to improve contrast during dark scenes, and "shields" on the sides to block out distractions and help you focus...
And a 240Hz refresh rate is speedy and responsive, making the XL2546K an excellent choice for those who value high performance.
Dr Disrespect uses the SIDIZ T80 Home Office chair, including a mesh design for breathability and comfort.
The SIDIZ T80 was built for larger frames, including fully adjustable height, lumbar, and armrests, with additional neck support, which is excellent since Dr Disrespect has a large 6'8 frame.
The chair is built for you to sit in the chair for long hours, which is a must-have when it comes to full-time streaming.
Dr Disrespect has a very high-end PC that is estimated to cost a whopping $9,000 to build.
He has one of the most powerful CPUs on the market and a high-performing GPU that allows him to play any graphics-heavy game on high FPS.
The AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3990X is one of the most powerful CPU's on the market to date, offering an impressive 64-cores and 128 processing threads, which you can overclock to a 4.3 GHz clock speed.
When boasting such high performance, it's crucial to get adequate cooling; the 3990X's "Wraith Ripper" air cooling technology provides excellent premium cooling and provides sufficient temperatures so that you can rest assure your components stay cool.
Note: Dr Disrespect uses the RTX 3080 which is currently out of stock. The RTX 3080 Ti is the upgraded version of the 3080.
Dr Disrespect has one of the newer GPUs on the market - the RTX 3080, which is considered a more affordable and better-performing GPU than its predecessors.
The RTX line supports Ray Tracing, a relatively new feature in games that drastically improve graphic quality by utilizing a unique lighting system that makes your surroundings look ultra-realistic.
Coupled with the AMD 3990X, you will be able to run the RTX 3080 at its maximum potential, which allows you to run on Ultra settings with high FPS with Ray Tracing turned on.
Dr Disrespect uses the ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha, a high-quality motherboard that perfectly compliments the strength of the 64-core AMD 3900X Threadripper.
It includes a variety of overclocking features, eight channels of DDR4 RAM, and premium cooling for steady temperatures when running such a heavy-resource PC build.
Dr Disrespect utilizes a whopping 128GB (8 x 16GB) of RAM, running at fast 3200 MHz transfer speeds.
Although he does have a separate PC specifically made for streaming, the large amount of memory allows him to run multiple programs at once without any lag, which is excellent when gaming and talking to the audience simultaneously.
If you're a streamer, 128GB of RAM is overkill.
You can start with 16GB and upgrade to 32GB or 64GB if you find you are running a ton of programs at once.
Getting an SSD is a no-brainer. It's extremely fast, can be installed easily on a motherboard, and is best for installing your games on.
It allows for your apps to load faster. Dr Disrespect uses 2TB of SSD goodness, which means he won't have any trouble fitting even the largest games, like Call of Duty: Warzone, which is 133GB alone.
Dr Disrespect uses the Aventum X, a custom-built desktop case designed to swap out PC parts easily.
The Aventum X offers a customized liquid cooling system and pre-routed power specifically for the graphics card to ensure you get the maximum efficiency in both your CPU and GPU, which are the most critical parts to smooth gameplay.
What's great about the Aventum X build is the liquid cooling system is located in the back-end of the case, allowing you to swap out parts without entirely dismantling the liquid cooling system.
The PC case is one of the larger builds on the market, sized at 72cm x 65cm, including hot-swappable storage and integrated power.
It has two glass side windows to appreciate the internal aesthetics and RGB lighting to suit your setup theme.
Dr Disrespect uses a lot of affordable streaming gear for his setup.

They have a lightweight plastic build with polarized UV protection coating to protect your eyes.
The Logitech Brio offers an ultra-fast, high-quality streaming cam that you can snatch up for a reasonable price.
Other streamers would use Mirrorless or DSLR cameras; Dr Disrespect uses a PC-specific webcam, which you can shoot at 4K @ 30FPS, or 1080p @ 60FPS.
The webcam itself works with both Mac and Windows and seamlessly connects with OBS, the mainstreaming software used by the most popular streamers, including Dr Disrespect.
The Shure SM7B is the microphone of choice for Dr Disrespect, a clear, concise, professional studio mic, and picks up the Doc's voice while excluding background noises.
This is mainly due to its high-end attenuation technology, which preserves the mic's natural sounds while limiting external noises.
If you watch any Dr Disrespect stream, whether you're wearing headphones or listening through a speaker, his voice is always at the perfect level, and a lot of it is due to the build quality of the Shure SM7B.
Additionally, it includes a pop filter and windscreen, saving you from buying any additional components.
The RODE PSA1 is one of the most versatile desk microphone arms on the market, used by Shroud, Ninja, and a ton of other famous streamers and pro-players.
It's well constructed, sturdy, and can be maneuvered into many different positions, whether you like having it in the frame or outside the frame.
Dr Disrespect likes having his microphone right in front of his face, coming out from the bottom, so his voice is clear and concise when he speaks.
Dr Disrespect does not use an audio mixer as far as I'm concerned.
The Shure SM7B is a high-end quality mic that is all you need for a quality sound.
However, if you are looking for an excellent audio mixer, the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 is an excellent recommendation that is cheap, reliable, and popular among the streaming community.
